The SGS factory inspection this time was comprehensive and detailed, covering multiple dimensions such as quality management system, production process, environmental protection measures, and social responsibility. On the production process, the auditor conducted on-site inspections of the production workshop. Xinran's advanced production equipment, such as intelligent CNC machining centers and fully automated assembly lines, greatly improves production efficiency and product accuracy. At the same time, the factory adopts standardized operating procedures, with clear operating specifications and quality inspection standards for each production process, ensuring the stability and consistency of product quality. 环境管理也是此次验厂的重点。信然工厂积极践行绿色发展理念，在清洁能源使用、废水废气处理及固废回收利用等方面成效显著。工厂投入使用的光伏电站项目，为生产提供了部分清洁能源，有效降低了碳排放。废水废气处理设施运行良好，各项排放指标均符合环保要求，固废也得到了妥善的分类回收与处理。

Environmental management is also a key focus of this factory inspection. Xinran Factory actively practices the concept of green development and has achieved significant results in the use of clean energy, wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, and solid waste recycling. The photovoltaic power station project put into use by the factory provides some clean energy for production and effectively reduces carbon emissions. The wastewater and exhaust gas treatment facilities are operating well, and all emission indicators meet environmental protection requirements. Solid waste has also been properly classified, recycled, and treated.
